Starrett - Electric Data Collection System

This computer interface adaptor can interface up to two Starrett electronic measuring tools* to computers and peripherals that use RS232C input. It is a convenient, cost-effective solution for users who have more than one Starrett tool, but do not require a four-port No. 761 Multiplexer.

• Dip switch settings on the rear of the unit (continuous send, port sequencing, simultaneously send, foot switch, display units in/mm) offer a variety of options for sending data to a PC or peripheral
  
  
• Measurements can be sent to devices by triggering the button on the cable (PT22938), pressing the send button, or by using an optional foot switch (PT99468)
  
  
• LEDs on each port indicate if a reading has been sent to the PC or peripheral device. A power supply (PT60636) is included to utilize this feature. However, the adaptor can be powered through the computer's com port if the LEDs are not needed
  
  
• Link 72 software is included
