Optical-Video Conversion Adaptor

Starrett comparator users now have an elegant, economical upgrade path for their optical comparators. OV2™ replaces the comparator lens with a special video camera which is attached to a 13" color video monitor.

The OV2 incorporates a 6.5:1 zoom lens with 32mm of working distance, allowing for maximum usage of the stage travel of the comparator. The crossline generator allows for multiple crossline images including solid, dashed and matted.

The lens dovetails into the projector body and is prealigned for linear accuracy. The adapter fits perfectly into most Starrett benchtop optical comparators. When used with the Starrett HD400, it allows simultaneous use of Video and Optical technologies.
